Did you know that you can access the Tidal Delaware from boat launches in Pennsylvania and New Jersey? It’s true! And the river is equally beautiful from both sides of the river. Are you looking for a way to see the view over the Delaware looking both east and west? Great news! The Pennsylvania Environmental Council is hosting a guided bike ride from the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia to the Cooper River Trail in New Jersey. You can sign up to fly over the Ben Franklin Bridge on your bike and experience the grandeur of the Tidal Trail from both sides of its banks. After the ride, lunch will be served at Victor’s Pub along the Delaware Riverfront.
The ride is June 8th and 9AM and is guided by Jake Gordon of Coopers Ferry Partnership, an organization that has done amazing work on the Camden side of the Delaware River. It’s going to be educational and a whole lot of fun.
