Trip Planning - Tidal Delaware River Bristol to Neshaminy and Pen Ryn
Access: Kayakers can access the Delaware River at Pond St. in Bristol (River Mile 119)– a carry-in access point near Bristol Marsh
For a roundtrip excursion, travel downstream towards Neshaminy on the Pennsylvania side. Paddlers can also venture up Neshaminy Creek and explore Burlington Island.
For a one-way excursion, continue downstream past Neshaminy State Park and continue on to Pen Ryn and take out at the boat ramp at Station Ave.
Access: Motor boaters can access the Delaware River at the public boat launch in Burlington, NJ (River Mile 118.8), farther upstream at the boat ramp in Florence, NJ (River Mile 123), or farther downstream at Neshaminy, PA (River Mile 116 and 115.8).
