The Philadelphia Seaport Museum invites you to join the Living History Crew to learn about life aboard Cruiser Olympia. Appropriate for all ages, access to this event is included with Museum admission. The Cruiser Olympia is Philadelphia's most historic ship. From October 7 - 8 you can board the ship to learn about Olympia's early 20th Century service in Europe, view rarely seen photos of her time in Venice, and hear stories of her crew's time providing humanitarian assistance.

Members of the Bartram's Garden Boathouse are invited to join the Pennsylvania Environmental Council on a paddle down the tidal Schuylkill River from the gardens to Fort Mifflin at the confluence of the Delaware and Schuylkill Rivers. The paddle will include a clean-up of a river island.
